This is just a quick little post to give you a quick tour of Meraki’s Method. Below will be a break down of the sitemap and links to all the places where you can find certain things on the blog itself. And below that will be a list of all my external links so you can catch up with me on your social platform of choice. Some of the links before have not yet been filled in as I’m still working on pulling together an index page for the categories, but they will be sorted by the weekend. If you can’t find something you are looking for check back or let me know!
Happy New Year folks, first and foremost. I hope you had a wonderful holiday season wherever you were and whatever you were doing! Among my resolutions this year I want to focus on bringing this blog back to life once more. It died a death near the middle of last year after the second year in a row of close family and friend bereavements, on top of baby allergies and related troubles. I was just exhausted and ended up cutting out almost everything that wasn’t essential to survival for a good while. Things are however starting to look up and hopefully, this year will be a better one all around.
With that said I want to use this post to reaffirm my focus and mission statement. Mainly for my own sake to help me get back into the right mindset. But also for any of you interested and/or new around here and want to know what the deal is exactly.
Transmog items are in hot demand and will only get hotter in the next few weeks with Trial of Style coming up in August. So to help you farm up all the items you might be missing from your collection; I am here today to talk about useful addons for collecting Transmog! An addon is a small third party program that you can install into your game and it will change how certain things work or add additional useful things to your gameplay. I have spoken about good addons to use for roleplay previously but today we are going to focus on Transmog.
The estimated launch date for Legion is I believe September this year, leaving only about six or seven months before then and if you folks are anything like me you have a whole host of characters to get ready for launch and are tight enough on time as it is. So to help myself cut the faff and get down to business I made myself up this little checklist, because I love me some lists and I don’t know if you are anything like me but I find it 100 times easier to get down to getting things done when I have a solid list and set of goals to achieve laid out for me preferably on paper in front of me that I can physically tick off for that little sense of completion. I thought you guys might benefit from it as well if you are also the sort that need to herb and Shepard yourself into getting these things done or have a whole list of characters to get done and need a means of keeping track of what you have and haven’t done on each of them. TheseA4 sheets hold two character list each and you can print off as many as you like want and need!
Each list accounts for their spec, gear, glyphs, talents, and cleaning out things like Void storage, bank bags as well as a prompt to check through their achievements for any close to completion. The best way to do this is to sign yourself up for a Wowhead account which you really should already have and use their character importer, as in their Tools drop down menu they have a neat little calculator that shows you any achievements you are close to completing on any given character. Useful, right?

In this episode of Play With Me I teamed up with Aaron and Steve to play with Left4Dead. It should be noted that I suck at First Person Shooters, annnnd I hate zombies (in the disinterested way not the scared way). But hey, all the more fun, right? Please excuse all the various forms of awfulness you are about to witness.
This is scene 3, you can catch up with the first two parts here:
